Before eating:
Really, I don’t even care. I mean, why should I? Eating once, after all, isn’t going to make me fat! I’ll just eat 1200 cals of healthy food every day from now on like most people. Healthy is better and easier!!
While eating:
Wow! This is good, who even cares about my diet? I was right, it is good to just be carefree while still being… healthy. How about we eat even MORE! This won’t make me fat or make me feel bad, nope, not one bit. Not at all..
After eating:
Okay, never mind. I understand again. I’m a fat piece of shit who got ahead of themself. 1200 calories is a lot. I’ll just go throw up until I die now…

This is me and it’s horrible
1) skinny people don’t have problems with binging, they have self control and don’t want greasy junk food or calories.
2) take your vitamins and drink a lot of mineral water, you want to look healthy and adorable, not dried up and tired
3) take care of your hair and nails, take omega-3 and 6 pills, hair masks and painting your nails are a good way to replace meals with as well. not only will it make people less suspicious of your ed, you’ll look pretty as well
4) exercise every day. even when you’re feeling depressed and tired, get up and at least do some stretches or go for a walk
5) wake up earlier to drink green tea, exercise, pick out your outfit and make yourelf look nice
6) smell nice, of perfume not greasy chips
7) at least 2 litres of water a day, maybe a 500ml bottle in the morning, another 500ml in school/work, 500ml after school/work/exercise, 500ml with dinner. it isn’t that hard
9) you are made of pure bones and water. FAT is hanging off you, it’s a parasite, feeding off your self esteem and happiness. don’t let it win
10) calorie limits have a reason. crossing them is the reason you look like this
11) don’t smoke. cigarettes can curb your appetite but will make you look like a dried up, underfed old person, rather than someone that looks tiny, pure and adorable
→you’ll have a waist instead of fat rolls
→you’ll fit into your skinny clothes
→you won’t be ashamed of what the scale shows
→you can be confident around other people
→cuter clothes!!!
→you’ll never cry out of frustration that “you’re too fat to wear that” because you won’t be too fat
→getting to be the skinny friend
→cute bathing suits!! TWO PIECES!!!
→getting to look in the mirror without hating yourself
→food will never rule you again. You’ve overcome the temptation and proved you’re better than that. I want to be skinny more than I want to eat.
And btw: The hunger pains fade, even without food. The head ache goes away. Your body is a miracle that knows how to adapt to basically anything. I’m not saying this is healthy, I’m saying it’s so so possible. Not just for other people.

• Being able to wear skirts without thigh chafe
• Shopping anywhere and being able to fit into pants
• Nobody saying “you’re just thick, not fat!”
• feeling light
• being asked how I lost so much weight
• cute high waist shorts and pants
• not having to suck it in
• thin arms
• not worrying about taking up space
• being able to sit on people’s laps
• being proud of myself
• reaching goals
